The GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) and the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) certifications are targeted at students who want to apply for Master’s degrees at different universities. The GRE is required by American universities and evaluates reading comprehension, quantitative skills, analytical thinking and writing skills in the English language. The GMAT is mainly required by Management Master’s degrees (in Greece and abroad) and evaluates the candidates’ skills in analysis, writing and speaking in English, at an academic level.
Successful GRE and GMAT scores do not equal an English language level certification, but they assess the ability of the candidate to demonstrate excellent communication skills, relevant to the subject of their studies.
The preparation for both these exams is offered in one-to-one lessons, as different universities and/or Master’s programmes have different specifications.
